I've experimented with various diets and detoxes, but the only thing that truly made a positive impact on my well-being, helped me shed excess weight, love my body, achieve clear skin, and alleviate mental symptoms, was embracing real food.
I've always believed that cutting out foods or resorting to starvation is not a sustainable approach.

About 15 years ago, I came across the idea that food contributes to 85% of weight loss. At that time, I was 50 pounds heavier than I am today, struggling with excess weight, difficulty breathing, chronic pains, skin issues, and heartburn, among other challenges.

As I dove into understanding how food is processed and what truly fuels our bodies, I witnessed the pounds melting away and staying off. Now, I don't feel like I'm punishing myself anymore for eating food I love.
